Demi for founders

Every founder is the ops team.
Until this morning.

Demi is an AI teammate for the founder who is also the recruiter, the account manager and the person who owes eleven people a reply. It holds every thread you are running and hands back the ones that need you.

The other half

The founder job nobody puts in the job description

You did not start a company to do this, and you cannot hire it away yet. So it accumulates, quietly, in the gaps between the work you actually founded the thing to do.

  • Customer thread
    Candidate pipeline
    Investor update
    Contract redline

Being the only person who knows everything

The customer conversation, the candidate pipeline, the investor thread and the contract redline all live in one founder's head. Yours. Nothing moves while you are in a meeting.

  • Investor update
    Revenue
    Up, and you know why
    Hiring
    Two open, one closing
    Asks
    Intros

The update you write from scratch every month

The numbers exist. The wins exist. You still spend a Sunday assembling them into a paragraph, because nothing has pulled them together for you.

  • Marek, senior engineer
    3 days

Competing offer, and the clock was already running

Candidates going cold while you are heads down

The best one had another offer and needed an answer this week. You saw the message three days later, between two customer calls.

  • Drafts11 open
    ToEveryone waiting on you
    None of them finished

Context switching as the actual job

Eleven open loops, none of them finished, each needing five minutes of remembering before you can spend two minutes moving it.

The ops layer

One teammate holding every thread a founder is running

Demi sits across the mail, calendar, docs and tools a founder actually runs the company from. It is not waiting to be asked what to do. It is watching what your day created and working out which of your open loops moved.

So the update is drafted before the first Tuesday, the candidate gets an answer the day they need one, and the contract you have been meaning to read comes back summarised with the two clauses that matter flagged.

Tracks
Everything you are owed and everything you owe, across every tool.
Drafts
The recurring things before their deadline, not after it.
Waits
For your approval on anything that commits the company.
Demi routing each task to the intelligence that suits it: a short reply in your voice, an account brief across 40 sources, a two-hour call cut to five bullets, and a judgement call on which deals went quiet.

The difference, on the page

Everything the company is waiting on you for

Not an inbox. The list of loops that are open because you are the only person who can close them, with how long each one has been sitting, and what is already drafted against it.

Your stack

Across everything you are running

A founder's context is not in one tool, which is why a chat window that can only see one of them was never going to help. Demi reads across the whole set.

Frequently
asked questions

  • Who starts. A chat window is excellent once you have noticed the task, gathered the context and explained it. Demi is connected to your mail, calendar and tools, so it has already seen the candidate email land and the month tick over, and the work is waiting rather than starting when you ask.

  • Demi drafts and prepares on its own; it does not send. Anything that leaves your machine or commits the company is shown to you first. Demi is SOC 2 Type II compliant, Google-verified and assessed at CASA Tier 2, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and model providers do not retain it.

  • Yes. There is a free plan with up to $50 in free credits, and individual plans start at $25 a month. Credits meter the work Demi does rather than the seats you have, which is the right shape for a founder whose company is currently mostly them.

  • Download the Mac app and connect a tool. Demi starts from the threads and calendar you already have rather than from an empty state, so the first things it surfaces come from work that already exists. Most founders have a backlog it can start on immediately.

  • Yes, and both ways. Each person gets a private teammate on their own Mac holding their context and voice, and the team shares one in Slack that anyone can tag in a channel. Team pricing is quoted per team.
